The Board President and the Chief Execu tive Officer have determined that registered speakers who wish to present during Public Participation may participate virtually via an electronic pl atform. The public will have access to the meeting via live stream at cpsb oe.org.\nInterim Guidelines have been issued by the President of the Board of Education of the City of Chicago in accordance with Board Rule 2-4.1. These Interim Guidelines are effective July 26\, 2021. During the period t hey are in effect\, these Interim Guidelines supersede the Public Particip ation Guidelines issued August 28\, 2013 (rev. September 13\, 2018).
