The public will have access to the meeting via live str eam at cpsboe.org\, and Public Participation will be held virtually via an electronic platform.\nEmergency Guidelines have been issued by the Presid ent of the Board of Education of the City of Chicago in accordance with Bo ard Rule 2-4.1 and State of Illinois Executive Order 2020-7 issued by the Governor of the State of Illinois on March 16\, 2020. These Emergency Guid elines are effective March 20\, 2020\, and shall remain in effect during t he period in which the Illinois Governor’s March 9\, 2020\, Disaster Procl amation and/or Executive Order 2020-7 remain in effect. During the period they are in effect\, these Emergency Guidelines supersede the Public Parti cipation Guidelines issued August 28\, 2013 (rev. September 13\, 2018).
